Birmingham Gate Services Ltd have experienced staff available to repair equipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is our aim to deliver a same day service for every emergency call. Where a call is trade critical or a health and safety issue our target attendance time is FOUR HOURS.
Birmingham Gate Service Ltd team’s are fully conversant with fault finding and
repair. Where parts are required we can usually quote whilst on
site, failing that we will provide a detailed quotation within 24
hours. Our callout fees include travel and the first hour on site.
All additional hours will be charged at a fixed rate to ensure that
there are no unwelcome surprises.
